About the Business
Trim Decorating was established in 2013 by Graeme Semple, but has a history — through two separate but related businesses — of delivering residential refurbishment and maintenance projects since 2010. With a growing list of happy — mainly residential, owner-occupier — clients, Graeme and the rest of the team chose to create a new business designed to meet the differing needs of landlords.
While the needs of a landlord are different from those of the owner-occupier of a 5-bedroom house, the guiding principles and overall approach have much in common: clarity in communication, work of a solid standard, excellent time-keeping and unwavering reliability.
